1. Acceptance
By creating an account on GOOSE Panel ("the Service"), operated by TC Gaming LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
GOOSE Panel is a hosting control panel that uses AI assistants to propose, execute, and document server operations on your behalf. Your use is metered against the subscription tier you select.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Host malware, phishing infrastructure, or content that infringes intellectual property.
- Attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or other controls.
- Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without written permission.
- Send unsolicited bulk email through the Service's mailer integrations.
4. Trial & Billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After day fourteen, continued use requires a paid subscription. You may cancel any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds follow Stripe's default 7-day prorated window for users who upgrade from trial. After day seven of a paid plan, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is". TC Gaming LLC disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated suggestions may be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing changes before approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-panel notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
