TC Gaming LLC ("we", "us") operates GOOSE Panel. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: email, hashed password, display name, billing tier.
- Operational data: server inventory, audit logs, AI run transcripts, command history.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe — we store only Stripe customer + invoice IDs, never card numbers.
- Tenant credentials: third-party API keys you provide (Anthropic, R2, etc.) are encrypted at rest via Cloak.
- Logs & telemetry: request logs, error traces, IP addresses for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use It
- To operate the Service and execute the actions you approve.
- To bill you (via Stripe) and send transactional email (via Resend).
- To prevent abuse, debug incidents, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with subprocessors required to run the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic — AI inference (only the prompts you submit to AI features).
- Cloudflare R2 — encrypted backup storage (optional).
4. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Audit logs and run transcripts are retained for 12 months unless you delete them sooner. Billing records are retained for 7 years to satisfy tax obligations.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@tcgaming.quest. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain (e.g. billing).
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest. We rotate keys periodically and follow standard practice for credential storage. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any confirmed breach within 72 hours of discovery.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced via email or in-panel notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
